Dr. Kolawole Ibirogba attended various higher institutions in the United States from the state of Nebraska, Texas, Oklahoma, and Maryland. He holds a B.Ba, M.Ba. Ph.D., and certification as a polygraph examiner from Maryland Institute of Criminal Justice. As the founder of Hogan Guards (then Guardsmark Nigeria Limited), he has more than 40 years of experience in the security industry. Dr. Ibirogba is a member of The American Polygraph Association. He is an industrial psychologist and forensic psychologist.
Paul J. Ibirogba
Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
A graduate of the University of Houston in Texas, USA, Paul previously managed an outreach site for the YMCA of Greater Houston in Texas. He also held a role as editor of Vegan World News where he was responsible for stories that were either featured in or credited as sources for major newspapers including the Guardian (UK), Forbes, and The Independent. His career spans the United States, China, Philippines, and South Korea, where he has held various roles in business, consulting and education. Paul was a cadet in the US Army Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. He is a member of ASIS.
Kehinde Adebayo

A veteran in the field of marketing, Kehinde Adebayo served as Assistant Corporate Services Manager for Sweet Sensation, Marketing Manager for Sureground and Customer Service and Facility Manager for UACN Property before joining Hogan in 2014, where he quickly rose to the top of the ranks. He is a member of the Polygraph Examiners Association International, Port Facility Security Officer and a chartered member of National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.
Toyin Adebayo
Group Head, Accounts
Toyin Adebayo, attended Ogun State Polytechnic, now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Abeokuta, and later graduated from the University of Lagos with second-class honors in Accountancy. She is a registered member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Her training includes Cost and Revenue Controls and Management. She previously worked in the educational and insurance sectors before working in accounting in multiple security outfits, including Hogan since 2017.
Jelili Adebisi
Group Head, Office and Projects
A graduate of accounting, Jelili Adebisi started his professional career at Access Bank and later worked at an investment firm prior to joining Hogan Guards in 2006 as an accounts officer. He currently serves as the office and project manager, in charge of the logistics for various corporate events and projects.
Toyin Shomuwa
Group Head, Human Resources
Toyin Shomuwa began her career at Hogan in 2002, in the administrative department and later worked her way up to security personnel recruitment. Her recruitment experience paved the way for a promotion to the HR department as an HR officer and later HR manager.

Samuel Imoru is a graduate of Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from Eastern Mediterranean University. He has basic knowledge in Turkish language. PGD warehouse and materials management (in view). Associate Membership (ACISCM), Associate Membership (ACIWM). He started his career as financial analyst with Leadway Assurance Company and worked as Internal Auditor (Senior Executive) with Sweet Sensation confectionery. He is currently the Group Head, Internal Audit in Hogan Organization.
Ebenezer B. Oyewole
Journey & Risk Manager
A graduate of the University of Benin with a BSc in Political Science and Public Administration, Ebenezer later earned a diploma certificate in security management and strategic operations from the International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS). He is a veteran in the field of journey management and executive protection with hundreds of close protection assignments completed successfully. He has attended several security courses, including Advance Course for Senior Supernumerary Police Officers at the Police Training School, Ikeja. He is a full member of the International Institute of Professional Security (IIPS).
